Biography
Lisa Bradner has nearly 30 years of litigation experience specializing in employment disputes and Labor Code wage and hour actions and appeals on behalf of both California employers and employees in all state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the California Family Rights Act.
Lisa handles state and federal individual actions, class actions, and Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) collective actions under California Labor Codes and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Lisa assists employees in navigating and advocating for their rights through medical leave of absence and appropriate disability interactive processes, sexual harassment reports and investigations, equal pay analysis, discriminatory and retaliatory wrongful termination, and constructive discharge.
Lisa is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Lisa is an active member, and past Executive Committee Board Member (2016-2019), of the Labor and Employment Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation Sections of the California Lawyers Association.
Lisa holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, cum laude, (1998) and a B.A. degree from San Jose State University, cum laude (1994).
